Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final and non-refundable. Digital goods are delivered instantly upon purchase and cannot be returned or revoked once accessed.If you experience any technical issues with your purchase, please contact our support team. By completing your purchase, you agree to this policy. Please review product details carefully before buying.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your artwork to request a return.


To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

 

  • In the same condition that you received it

  • Unused and undamaged

  • In its original packaging (including protective wrapping and frame, if applicable)

  • With the receipt or proof of purchase

Damages and Issues

 


Please inspect your artwork upon arrival.

If your item is damaged during shipping, or you received the wrong item, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We may request photo evidence of the damage for our records.

 


 

 

Exceptions / Non-returnable Items

 


Due to the nature of our handcrafted artwork, the following items cannot be returned:

 

  • Customized pieces (e.g., made-to-order or personalized embroidery)

  • Clearance or discounted items

  • Gift cards

Exchanges

 


Need a different piece? The fastest way is to return your original artwork, and once your return is accepted, you can make a new purchase separately.

 


 

 

European Union Customers – 14-day Cooling-Off Period

 


If your order is delivered within the European Union, you are entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days of delivery—for any reason and without justification.


Returned items must meet the standard conditions:

 

  • Unused, in original condition

  • In original packaging

  • With receipt or proof of purchase

 

 


 

 

Refunds

 


We will notify you once we receive and inspect your return. If your refund is approved, we’ll process it to your original payment method within 10 business days.
