Chapter 1 — : Cruel Destiny

"No, wait!"
A girl’s cries echo in the dead silent hallway of the rogue doctor.
In the hallway, a middle-aged werewolf was about to leave, but Emma Wilson grabbed his arm and begged with tears.
"Dad, please, save my mom. Please help her. She is dying."
That man was James Wilson, and the Alpha of the Black Moon Pack. Several decades ago, he seduced Emma's mother and abandoned her without mercy.
Later, after her mother discovered she was pregnant, she was driven out from her pack and became a rogue.
From then on, Emma and her mother had been wandering outside. They have no pack, no help, and no protection.
A few years ago, when James found out that he had a pup leading a rogue life, he wanted to take Emma home and joined his pack. However, Emma had no regard for her Alpha father. In fact, she hated him for abandoning her and her mother. Thus, she never agreed to go with him.
But this time, her mother was seriously ill. She had no choice but to ask her father for help.
"Your mother is incurably sick." James remained indifferent and tried to push her hand away.
"No. The rogue doctor said she could have an operation if she had a million dollars. Dad, could you please give us the money?" Emma's angelic face became wet with tears.
James gritted his teeth with determination and pulled Emma closer. Looking at her tearful and delicate face, he bent his head and said, "Emma, you can save your mother, but you have to promise me one thing."
"Please say what it is, and I’ll I do it. I can do anything." Emma hurriedly nodded. To save her mother, she would do whatever she could, even if it cost her life.
"You're a good girl. I know it. Your sister, Charlotte, has been chosen as Lycan King's Luna. Have you heard of that?"
Emma blinked her huge, clear eyes, not knowing what James meant by saying that. She choked with sobs and nodded. "I know!"
Lycan King Liam Anderson, ruler of the werewolf world and the Lycan world, was also a well-known individual in the human world. The Anderson Group he owned was the world's largest luxury company.
"The Lycan King likes virgins, but Charlotte had lost hers long ago. So, I want you to replace her on the first night they sleep together."
Emma's body went limp in an instant, and she looked at James with a shiver. "Dad, no!"
With brutal honesty, James held her hand tightly and said in a low voice, "This is the only way to save your mother. If you agree, I will give you the money right away. Your mother may be able to survive, but if she misses the best operation period in four days, she'll have no way out."
Emma let out a little gasp and lowered her face. "Okay, I’ll do it."
"Good girl. You'll give your virginity to Lycan King tomorrow night! Remember to dress up at that day." James smirked and delightedly patted her on the shoulder.
It should be noted that all the she-wolves in the werewolf world were more than willing to have sex with Lycan King, but she was different.
Emma dropped into a nearby chair as her eyes became dull. The only thing that brought her happiness was that she could have a chance to save her beloved mother.
The following night, Emma was taken to the Lycan castle. Inside a luxurious room, Emma was nervously sitting on the bed. The room was dimmed and she was shivering with anxiety as with her arms crossed over her chest.
Suddenly, the door was pushed open, and a tall figure came in. The man pressed the light switch on, only to find the light was broken.
All of that had been planned.
Emma got out of bed, breathing raggedly. Reaching her hand out, she gripped his shoulder and walked toward him. She stumbled, and leaned over, smashing her lips against his.
Emma could felt his eyes roamed over her face and down to her chest, his breathing becoming heavier.
But after the kiss, she was at a loss for what to do next. Abruptly, the man possessively leaned over to her. His large palm pressed tightly against the back of her head.
Before she could pull away, the man's lips, with the pungent smell of alcohol, accurately captured her small lips in the dark.
His burning lips instantly sealed hers with a soft moan.
Emma's mind went totally blank with that action.
She felt her body involuntarily stiffen against the invasion of that strange man who’s exuding a powerful aura.
As the man passionately kissed her, it became increasingly difficult for her to think and breathe normally. He heavily weighed her down and kissed her, capturing every inch of her body. She wanted to pushed him away, but she couldn’t.
In the darkness, she burst into silent tears.
At three o'clock in the morning, she came out of the room with exhaustion. Meanwhile, a sexy and charming she-wolf in scarlet dress stepped out of the next room. She was Charlotte Wilson, Emma's elder half-sister and the Alpha’s daughter of the Black Moon Pack. But at that moment, her eyes were full of resentment and annoyance.
"Why did it take so long?" she scolded and shot daggers at Emma.
Tears-streaked Emma's face. Her long, brown hair couldn't cover all the mottled kiss marks on her neck. Emma bit her lower lip and replied with a shaky voice, "I’ve done what you asked. Now, give me the money."
"Go ask my dad, not me. You bagger."
Charlotte ignored her, pushed the door open, and entered the room where Emma just went out. When she saw the moonlight shining into the room, her man, strong and attractive, was lying on his side. Joyfully, she lay down sideways beside him and wrapped her arms around his strong waist, feeling the lingering heat from sex.
Emma rushed out of the castle. In tears, she mind-linked her father. Since she had done her job, she had to ask him to give her the money.
She need that to save her dying mother.
On the other end of the link, Alpha James was awake. He promised, "I'll give you the money tomorrow morning."
"I want it right now!" Emma choked out.
"Alright! I’ll send my Beta to do it. Don’t rush me, or you will get nothing."
Outside the castle, Emma shifted and ran to the rogue doctor. She was crying when she was running back. When she nearly reached the rogue doctor’s house, and shifted back. Her phone rang, and she picked it up. It was a call from her mother's doctor. She immediately answered it, "Hello! Doctor Lee. I’m almost there..."
"Emma, I’m sorry. I have to tell you a bad news."
"What's wrong with my mom?" she frantically asked.
"Your mother has just passed away. I’m so sorry." Doctor Lee's voice was very calm.
Emma's heart froze when she heard the news. She clenched her phone with trembling hands, almost breaking it. Rue, her wolf, also whimpered. Right then, her phone vibrated and a message notified her that a million dollars had just been transferred into her account.
"Mom..." Emma cried her heart out all at once, curling herself up in the ground.
Everything was too late. She couldn't save her mother even after she had exchanged her virginity for a million dollars. When she hurried to the rogue doctor, she reached out and touched her neck, only to find her pendant was gone. It was a locket necklace with a photo of her and her mother.
In an instant, her tears ran like a bubbling spring. "Is this destined?
"Everything will end like that? Without my mom?” she whispered in pain.
"Rue, it's just us from now on." Emma cried to her wolf Rue, "I don't have anything anymore."
"No, Emma," Rue whimpered, "it's not."
"'Mom's dead, Dad doesn't want me, I haven't found my mate, I've got nothing." Emma cried, her tears falling even more.
"You're pregnant, Emma," Rue said.
"You're pregnant."
What? Emma's whole body froze and tears came to her eyes when she suddenly learned the news.
She didn't expect this child to come so unexpectedly. Why was fate so unfair?
In her current situation, she could not afford to have a child, so did she have to follow the old path of her mother again?
Emma thought about it and decided to abort the baby. But the moment she stepped into the hospital, she suddenly regrets.
"Are you okay?" Just when Emma felt desperate about her fate, a gentle female voice rang in her ears. Standing before Emma was a girl in her twenties who handed Emma a tissue, her eyes full of concern.
"I'm fine, thanks," Emma then took the tissue and looked at the girl with gratitude.
"You may be making some important choices, but no matter what choices you make, I'm sure no one will blame you. Because it's your life, it's your choice. If you need someone to be there for you, I'm always there," the girl smiled softly at her.
"But I don't even know you..." Emma said hesitantly, but she relaxed at her answer.
"I'm Jessica Gilmore, nice to meet you." The girl named Jessica extended her hand to her, but suddenly came close to Emma and sniffed, "You're pregnant?"

Chapter 2 — : Where is Daddy?

Five years later.
At Atlanta Railway Station, a young she-wolf in a yellow dress was pushing a luggage trolley with a little girl dressed in a white dress was happily sitting on the suitcases. Her long blonde hair fell to her waist, and draped loosely over her shoulders.
Anyone who would look at her would find the little girl adorable and cute at a glance.
Besides the girl was a little boy, who was wearing a gray hoodie, jeans shorts, and blake sneakers. He carried a bag on his back and followed Emma with a calm expression. He was Emma's son, Asher.
"Mommy, can we dine out with Auntie Avery and have a big meal later?" he asked.
"If she wants to, then we can." Emma winked and smiled at her daughter, Ella.
Ella laughed and blinked her eyes cutely. "If I beg her, she will definitely say yes!"
"Don't worry. Auntie Avery will go out with us, she’s a rich and kind she-wolf," Asher added.
The two kids looked around curiously. It was the first time they had returned to Atlanta since they were born. They wanted to meet the werewolf they read in the books and bedtime stories Emma told them every night.
They wanted to meet their wolf one day like their mother.
As soon as they walked out of the reception hall, they heard a surprised voice. "Ella! Asher!"
"Auntie Avery!" Ella cried out in joy and reached out for a hug.
Avery immediately strode over, opened her arms, picked up Ella, and kissed her on the cheeks. Afterwards, she looked at Emma and Asher, who were standing next to her. She smiled and greeted, "You're finally back! Did you get tired on your trip?"
"Auntie Avery, we are both well-behaved," Asher said proudly.
Ella immediately nodded and echoed, "Yes, we didn't make any noise, nor did we cause any trouble for Mommy."
"Really? Who said that she would go to the toilet alone? And who almost got locked in there and couldn't get out? Fortunately, the stewardess had a spare key or you’ll be locked in there until take-off.”
Emma ushered Avery to place her down after her mother ratted her out.
Ella grinned and felt a little embarrassed. Then, she quickly changed the topic. "Auntie Avery, Asher and I are starving. We want to have a big meal, and Mommy agrees. Can you treat us to dinner?"
"You little bandits, you are asking me for a treat as soon as you came back. Fortunately, I've had enough money on me. Let's go! I know a good place."
Avery laughed and replied to Emma, "Emma, it's been almost five years, right? What made you decide to come back?”
"I have to come back to pay my respects to my mother." Emma sighed. Her mother always taken an important place in her heart.
Nodding in understanding, Avery asked, "When are you going to leave?"
"A week later. The kids say they want to wander around more here. They wanted to see the werewolf." Emma said, rolling her eyes.
"What? You will only stay for one week? It's too short! Come on, make it a month at least. I'll pay for your food and accommodation." Avery tried hard to persuade Emma to stay longer in Atlanta.
However, Emma did not want to stay in here too long. She had long hated that place. Even if she had a father who was related to her by blood, she did not want to mention him.
After Avery’s treat, the two kids were tired. So, they went straight back to Avery's apartment to rest. After Ella and Asher fell asleep, Emma and Avery, started catching up with each other.
"Is your father aware that you have two pups already?” Avery asked curiously.
"Of course not! I can't let them know, nor will I let them. I don't want to have anything to do with that pack for the rest of my life." Emma's voice filled with fury and resentment.
"Yeah, you are independent now. You have a stable job, and you can take care of your pups. You don't have to ask them for anything."
After that, Avery whispered in Emma's ear, "These two little guys still don't know who their father is, right?"
Emma's expression immediately tensed up. She shook her head and said, "I will never let them know even if it kills me."
Avery frowned. "It's really strange. Logically speaking, your sister, Charlotte, should have mated with the Lycan King five years ago."
Emma shook her head. "I don't know, and I don't want to know either."
Early the next morning, Emma brought a bunch of flower and placed them in front of her mother's tombstone.
She secretly wiped her tears dry several times as she didn't want her pups to see her crying.
"Mommy, is Grandma sleeping in there?"
Ella looked at Emma with tearful eyes. She had not understood life-and-death yet at her young age.
Emma pursed her lips and smiled. "Yes, she is sleeping inside."
"When is she going to wake up?"
"Ella, Grandma won't wake up. She will sleep there for a long, long time." Emma explained, trying hard to suppress her sadness.
Ella tilted her head and thought for a moment before asking, "Mommy, our grandma is here. Then, where is our daddy?"
Asher also stopped weeding and looked up at Emma curiously.
Emma was stunned for a moment, and then she made up her mind to lie to her kids. "Your daddy is over there." She pointed to the tombstone on the other side of the cemetery.
She had to tell a huge lie to dispel the kids' curiosities. And that was the right time to eliminate their ideas of looking for their father.
After staying in front of her mother's tomb for two hours, Emma held the kids' hands and walked around the cemetery. When she found a young man's photo, she bowed and apologized to the dead man while lying to her kids that it was their father’s grave.
"But he doesn't look like me or Asher." Ella blinked her eyes and said with curiosity.
Asher looked at his mother with his eyes, then looked at the man on the tombstone before he puffed up his cheeks.
Asher said to himself, "Mommy's lies can only fool Ella. She can't fool me at all. This man is not our daddy."
Despite knowing the truth, he didn’t expose his mother.
Back at Avery's apartment, Emma stayed with Avery in the study room to see Avery's latest design draft, while the two kids were fighting for a TV channel in the bedroom room.
Ella liked to watch cartoons, while Asher liked to watch the world news, so they argued with each other.
"Asher, please let me watch cartoons! I want to watch cartoons!"
"There's nothing interesting about that. It's childish. The World News is the best, you should know what’s going on around the world." Asher picked up the remote control and switched the channels.
Suddenly, Asher switched to a channel and saw a man on the screen. The male anchor was covering a piece of news with a voice-over, "Breaking news. The current president of The Anderson Group, Liam Anderson, has made it to the top of the world's wealthiest list at a young age of 29 years old. It's shocking and gratifying. In addition, I just learned that the engagement ceremony of Mr. Liam and Miss Charlotte will be held in the castle this Sunday. Again, Congratulations to them!"
The male anchor's voice was pleasant to the ear, and the man who occupied the entire screen was handsome.
In the background picture, there was a mature and stable man stands before the bookshelf. He had a breathtakingly handsome face, with dashing domineering brows, perfect charming facial outlines, and his pair of eyes that were as dark as night seemed to contain a blackhole that attracted everything through the screen.
His dark blue suit made him look like a king, who was noble and charming.
"Oh my god! That is the face of a father I imagined!" Ella looked at the screen and exclaimed. Afterwards, she looked back at her brother and said, "Asher, he looks so much like you. Do you think he is our daddy?"
Asher narrowed his eyes and said, "I don't know."
After that, Ella puffed up her cheeks and exclaimed, "Oh, no! Mommy said that Daddy was already sleeping under the ground. So, he cannot be our daddy, right?"
"We can't be sure," Asher answered mysteriously as he kept the name “Liam Anderson” in his mind.
"Asher, I want Daddy," Ella pouted and cried out pitifully.
Asher glanced at his sister and handed her the remote control. "Here you are. Watch the cartoons."
"Thank you, Asher." Ella immediately took the remote control, switched to the cartoon channel, and watched it with great interest.
Meanwhile, Asher picked up his iPad from the side, clicked on the search button, and then searched for every information about Liam Anderson.
Asher skillfully slid his chubby hand on the screen, and clicked on Liam's profile. It was just a few lines of introduction, attached with the photo of his company, in which there were two connected high-rise buildings. It looked like huge pillars connecting the sky and the earth, standing in the center of Atlanta. The company address was also listed at the bottom.
Asher frowned and slid back to from the bed. Seeing the latest trending news, Asher thought that if that man really was their father, he could not marry another woman.
But how could Asher figure out whether that man was their daddy or not?
Just by looking at his appearance, that man was indeed very similar to Asher.
"Ella, do you want to find our daddy?"
Hearing his question, she eagerly nodded her head. "Sure, I want to."
Asher counted on his fingers. It would be Sunday in four days. He waved his hand and gestured Ella to come closer, "Then go on an adventure with me! Let’s find our dad!"

Chapter 3 — : Who is he?

"Is it fun?" Ella's big eyes lit up while asking.
"Absolutely." Asher smiled. He lowered his head and stared at Liam’s photo. Asher felt that he was the small version of that man.
In the study room.
Avery's studio was going to launch some new styles of clothing, but Avery had no inspiration at the moment, and she was very depressed by that. Fortunately, Emma could help her more or less. Although Emma was not in the same industry, she had a certain understanding of fashion.
After that night five years ago, Emma met a mysterious girl and found out she was pregnant.
Back then, she didn't have the ability to raise two pups. Luckily, with Avery's help, Emma could keep the two pups with her.
Afterward, Emma was afraid that her Alpha father would take the pups away from her if he knew them, so she followed Avery's advice and left Atlanta. She ran away with her pups, away from his father’s pack.
Now, Emma was already a professional makeup artist. That was why she could give Avery some advice on her new fashion designs.
"Hey! Forget it. Let's eat out tonight." Avery meant that only delicacies could cure depression.
"Great. I'll treat you to dinner tonight," Emma said with a smile.
In the following time, Avery and Emma drove Ella and Asher to visit the parks around the city. She took care of the two kids and had fun with them here and there. They didn't come back until they were exhausted. Therefore, Emma and Avery were not in the mood to see the news on the Internet.
They even didn't know the huge news that had spread in Atlanta at the moment.
In the blink of an eye, it was the third day of their stay. Early in the morning, they finally visited all the surrounding tourist spots in Atlanta. That morning, they decided to sleep until they woke up naturally.
However, around eight o'clock, when Emma and Amy were sleeping soundly, the two kids got up and dressed up. Ella went out of the door with Asher excitedly. The two kids carried their backpacks and quietly sneaked into the elevator.
"Asher, where are we going for adventure?"
"In a castle. Ella, stay beside me. Don't get lost,” Asher sternly commanded.
"What are we going to do in the castle?"
"To look for Daddy."
Confused, Ella debated, "But Mommy said that Daddy had already fallen asleep under the ground."
"Idiot, Mommy lied to you. That sleeping man is not our daddy, but the man we are going to look for probably is," Asher explained.
Ella blinked her eyes that started to moist. "Really? Is our daddy in that castle?"
"You'll know when we get there." After saying that, Asher took Ella’s hand and went downstairs.
Just then, he saw a taxi parked nearby. Asher held Ella's hand and went there quickly. At a glance, he found that it was a female driver. Asher immediately said with a smile, "Madam, can you drive us to a place?"
"Kids, where are your parents?"
"Our mommy is still..." Ella was about to say that their mommy was still sleeping, but Asher interrupted her. "Mommy and Daddy had a quarrel. We're going to find our daddy."
"Oh! What pitiful little guys! Come on, get in the car." The female driver was good-looking and very warm-hearted.
Ella shut her mouth. Since she was a child, she had only listened to Asher.
"Where are you going?" the female driver turned back to ask.
"We're going to the Castle, it’s near the forest," Asher replied. That’s the Lycan Castle in the Lycan and werewolf world, but it was called ‘the Castle’ in the human world. He asked Avery the other day and she just told him without any suspicion.
"Well, it's a little far, but it doesn't matter. I'll drive you there now." The female driver was also enthusiastic. She was afraid that such young kids would be abducted, so she quickly took them to find their father.
After half an hour's drive, they arrived at the Castle. Asher took a look at the price on the taximeter and handed the cash to the driver.
"Thank you, Madam. Here is the taxi fee."
"Thank you, Boy." The female driver took the money. Then, she showed them the way. "Look, across the bridge, do you see the huge fountain with a wolf on it? That's the entrance to the castle."
"Thank you," Ella also said politely.
Asher held Ella's hand to get out of the car. They looked up at the grand castle, and Ella asked in joy, "Is our daddy really there?"
"Come with me," Asher called out.
The two kids arrived at the castle entrance, hand in hand. Asher took Ella to sit on the bench next to the fountain. He looked at his phone watch and saw that was 9:30 a.m. Asher had learned that the engagement ceremony usually started at 10:40 a.m., so it was exactly the time when Emma and Avery would wake up and look for them.
Asher was not there to look for Liam. He just wanted to lure Emma to come there. Asher thought, ‘If that man really is our Daddy, maybe he knows Mommy well. Since Ella and I are their pups, they must have feelings each other before and his mommy can make the engagement stop.’
At about 9:40 a.m., Asher's phone watch rang. Seeing that it was Emma, Asher pursed his lips and smiled successfully. He pressed the receive button and greeted, "Hello, Mommy!"
"Brat, where are you?" Emma's voice sounded frightened over the phone.
"Mommy, don't worry. Ella and I are together, and we are safe." Asher quickly comforted Emma as he knew that she was already freaking out.
However, her young pups were missing. Even though Emma was talking to them over the phone, she was still going crazy. She asked angrily, "Where are you right now?"
"Mommy, Ella and I are waiting for you at the entrance of the Castle."
"What? The castle? The Lycan castle?" Emma raised her voice in shock.
"Right! The Lycan Castle." Asher had looked into that castle and found that it was one of the most luxurious buildings in the world.
"Damn it! What are you doing there so early in the morning?" Emma was being emotional.
"We just went out to play, and then, we didn't know why we arrived here. Mommy, come and pick us up quickly. We seem to have lost our way."
"You... Stay at the door and don't move. Don't go anywhere. I am on my way." In a panic, Emma didn't hang up the phone. Instead, she told Avery that she was in a hurry to find the kids, and then a chaotic sounds were heard from the other end of the line.
"Mommy, relax. Take your time. The guards here will take care of us." To prevent Emma from panicking, Asher deliberately lied to her.
"Really? Well, you two betters stays with the guards and don't go anywhere. I am on the way right now." Emma gave them an order.
Asher pressed the phone watch to hang up. Beside him, Ella was very confused. "Asher, why did you lie to Mommy? Saying that we were lost?"
"Only in this way will Mommy come here to pick us up. In a while, we'll arrange for Mommy and daddy to meet."
"Who's our daddy?"
"It's the man you saw on TV last time."
"The man who looks very much like you?" Ella asked in a tender voice.
"Yeah, it's him. He will make his Luna his Queen here today. We must stop him to do that. I look it up, it was like hunman getting married."
Upon hearing that, Ella immediately echoed, "Daddy is Mommy's."
"You're right. So, we will go upstairs with those guests later and let Mommy come upstairs to find us."
"Okay. I'll do as you say." Ella looked at Asher with a serious expression.
Asher glanced at the time. It was already 9:50 a.m. He thought that Emma and Avery should be on the way there. Now, he could take the opportunity to go upstairs with Ella.
When Asher saw a tall and handsome man, he immediately held Ella's hand and followed them. When they entered the hall, the security guards thought they were the young couple's pups, so they did not stop them.
When they arrived at the elevator, Asher looked up at the young man and asked, "Hey, are you going to attend Mr. Anderson's engagement ceremony?"
Darius raised his eyebrows slightly, looked down at the little boy and was surprised to find that the little boy resembled his friend Liam Anderson. Instantly interested, he leaned down and asked,
"Little one, who is your father? "
Asher was not happy with the name "little one" and was about to say something back when he heard his innocent sister say.
"My dad is upstairs, we are going to find him now!"
Upstairs? Isn't that the place where Liam's engagement ceremony is being held today?
Hearing this, Darius became more interested and was just about to ask the next question when the elevator doors opened.
The next thing he saw was the little boy grabbing his sister's hand and getting out of the elevator and running away.
When they arrived on the 10th floor, it was already 10 in the morning. A grand engagement ceremony was being prepared tensely in the banquet hall. Asher and Ella followed the young couple inside. Looking at the luxurious and festive decorations, Asher was sure that it was where the engagement would be held.
In the magnificent banquet hall, there were nearly 200 guests. They all dressed up, appearing very dignified and important.
Asher and Ella couldn't help making an awed expression. They didn't expect so many people to come.
"Come with me," Asher instructed as he held Ella's hand and walked discreetly.
"Asher, has Mommy arrived?"
"Mommy can't show up right now. We have to make her wait for a while."
Asher looked at the time again. It was 10:30 a.m. He was surprised, "Why hasn't the ceremony started yet?
"Maybe it’s at 11 o'clock?"
Asher really hoped that Emma would not arrive so soon. It would be best if she arrived on time.
At the same time, Avery's car was still stuck at a traffic intersection!
Emma and Avery were so anxious that they wanted to swear. "Oh my god! It's almost 11 o'clock. Are those two kids alright?"
Emma was so anxious that her heart pounded.
"Don't worry. With the guards by their side, they should be safe." Avery tried to comfort Emma.
"These two little guys, when I get back, I'll give them punishments. How dare they wander around?" Emma really wanted to teach them a lesson at that moment.
"Relax. Don't be angry. We'll be there before eleven o'clock."
There was a long queue of cars, moving forward slowly.
On the other side, in the banquet hall, the host finally came to the stage. He introduced the families on both sides and invited a dignified elder to give a toast on the stage.
Asher and Ella watched the fun in the crowd. Some kind-hearted guests even stuffed foods into their hands.
On the stage, there was a background picture woven by thousands of flower. Next to it, there was an elegant and high-end ivory carved pillar. The ceremony stage was decorated in a romantic manner.
At the tables on both sides, a tall and strong gentleman and a delicate beautiful lady stepped out. They were the center of today's engagement; Liam Anderson and Charlotte Wilson.
The man standing on the stage was a person of maturity, charm, elegance, and nobility. He was perfect and impeccable, and his eyes were as dark as the night, making it hard for people to read his emotions.
As for the girl in the silk white dress, she was tall, charming, and imposing. She was like a queen. At that moment, she looked at the man with an affectionate smile on her face.
"Wow! Daddy is so handsome! Right, Asher?" Ella covered her mouth with her hand and was amazed.
In the corner, Asher's phone rang. It was his mom. He quickly picked it up and greeted, "Hello, Mommy."
"Little brats, where are you?" Emma asked in a rage.
"Mommy, Ella and I are on the 3rd floor of the castle. Come pick us up."
"What are you doing there?" Emma was furious.
At the door of the castle, the two women rushed in. They were in a hurry to go upstairs to look for the two kids, but they didn't notice that there was an event on the display board in the castle’s lobby.
The elevator arrived at the 3rd floor, and it opened. Emma's call with Asher was still connected, so she asked, "Where are you?"
"We are in the banquet hall! Mommy, come in quickly." Asher couldn’t wait to see Emma.
If their mommy won’t arrive on time, their daddy would be taken away by another woman.
Emma and Avery were already losing their minds. They didn't care about what they were doing in the banquet hall. They just wanted to find them as soon as possible.
Emma was not mentally prepared at all. She reached out and pushed the door open hard, and the scene inside instantly stunned her.
"Charlotte and...Liam?"
