Chapter 1 — Introduction

"Ding dong ding dong"
I so much hate it when the alarm wakes me up, wish I could sleep a little, I rose from my bed then entered the bathroom to have a shower after brushing my teeth.
Immediately I finished, I dried up my body with the towel, I sat facing the mirror as I applied body lotion on my skin then I put on my uniform, I applied a little touch of makeup on my face, then I combed my hair and said, "Amelia guess you are done and you looking awesome, time to go."
I came downstairs and perceived food aroma from the kitchen, I knew it was mom cooking, "yummy" I said, "good morning mom"
" Good morning pumpkin, go sit at the dinner while I serve breakfast", "okay mom".
I saw dad waiting already for breakfast in the dining, "good morning dad", "good morning my angel trust you slept well? "
"Yes, dad"!
I started making breakfast when my parents started talking about the college I will be applying for after am done with high school.
I quickly finish my food then I left for school, "bye mom, bye dad."
Am not in for their conversation this morning cause I know my parents so well, it will always end in an argument.
"My name is Amelia Anthony, I'm 19 years old and also in my final section at Nobles High School, am from Spain, name of my city is Valencia, I'm the cheerleader of my crew but my parents always call me stubborn."
I was taking a walk before boarding a taxi when I took note of a house that was built like a castle, how come I never noticed it at all, I must say if this house wasn't abandoned, it would have been among the top ten buildings in this lane. I finally boarded a taxi and headed to school.
I got to school, my friends were already waiting for me so we could enter our classes together, Sofia and Chloe are my best friends, they mean everything to me and we're very good at dancing, we are called the Starlight.
Now let me tell you a little about us, the Starlight is known as the hottest girls in high school, we don't bully anyone except you deserve to be bullied. I don't have time for boys but my best friends hang out with guys just for fun.
Gael is my very good friend that grew feelings for me but in return, I just want him as a friend, he plays basketball and we cheer for their club.
We heard the sound of the bell, it's time for class, the history teacher came in, I dislike her class so much, she kept saying things which I know is not real, like the vampires for instance and she made mention of the lycans as well, half-human and half-wolf, "what a boring class, I'm feeling dizzy already", I said to Chloe and she laughed.
Dimitro
I was taking a nap in my special room, I love it in the coffin, it's so comfortable. The coffin was opened as I rested inside, my eyes were shut but I can sense and still see things faster this way.
The servants came in with a cup of my drink but they stood watching me, " Prince Dimitro looks so handsome when he's asleep "
" you can say that again, he more handsome than his brother"
" I don't want him to open his eyes, I just want to keep on staring at him, looking at him alone makes my heart happy"
I smiled within me, I know am handsome but I can't stoop so low having sex with my servant as my brother does.
I opened my eyes and they were frightened, " greetings my prince",
I came out from the coffin and took the drink ( blood) and I felt great again, I put on my daylight Amulet, the servant was still staring at me and I asked, "do you have something to say"?
" No my prince sorry yes my prince," one of them said
"Go on".
" Primus your father wants you to come with your brother for your training at the Veins quarter"
"Okay I will come with him, you can leave now" and I wink at her.
" Oh mine I think he likes me, he just winks at me",
" not you but for me". They argued when leaving.
I know Gustavo will be busy digging a hole now, he can never change, we may have our differences but I still love him.
Oops my bad, "my name is Dimitro, am 128 years old and still looking young as ever, son of Primus the great leader of our kind, I once have a lover but something happened, the stuff that happened will be a story for another day."
Sometimes I wonder how the human World will look like, only heard the stories and as for the Lycans, I will make sure I defeat them when the time is right.
I entered my brother's chamber and I guessed right, he was having sex with his servant, "father wants us", I said, " I will join you outside, I hate you so much, you just ruined the fun I was having", he said looking frustrated.
"and I hate you the way you hate me".I threw back at him
I waited and he joined me, yes my brother is still handsome and we are of the same age.
We greeted father, " my great sons time for your training. Firstly you need to learn to be very fast when you sight prey or running from your enemy, relax your mind and increase the strength, there are two deer over there if you can sense the smell of it, I will put on my timer, kill it and bring it back here under 20 seconds"
"Alright father"
"Father I got this", my brother said
"Set and go"
I did as father instructed and I caught the deer and bite it and it died immediately and I came back to father, I used thirteen seconds but my brother was faster than me he used ten seconds and my father smiled and we proceeded to the other stage.

I took a walk around the woods and saw a door that sparks, this could be the door father was talking about, I walked passed it, I was unaware I have crossed the boundary to the Lycans, immediately I noticed it, I went back cause am not prepared for a fight today.
Sometimes I feel lonely but it's difficult to move on, I caused her death and my brother uses it to weigh me down always, I can't love anymore since the incident, I closed the love chapter from my life.
Lorenzo
I haven't found my mate and I don't care to have one, my father being the alpha and leader of our kinds makes me the prince as well, I can get any lycans of my choice.
"Strip naked", I commanded her, the maid took off her clothes, I was in my human state same with her, her boobs are tempting as well, I brought her closed and use my tongue to tickle around her nipple and she responded to every move I made on her body, I pushed her to the bed then I heard the sound of the Lycans, " whoooooooooo ", there is an urgent meeting, "now I want to have fun, they helped me ruin everything,", I murmured. I asked her to leave as I put on my clothes.
They held some vampires hostage, this is bad now, am not ready to start a war.
Amelia
After class, "I'm so hungry Amelia, let's get food", Chloe said
"same with me, I didn't eat much this morning". Sofia added
"Let's go to the cafeteria to get food".
We walked down to the cafeteria then we were interrupted by the mean girls.
I forgot to tell you about the mean girls, they are our rival in school and we hate them with passion.
Catalina is the leader of the Mean girls while her friend's names are Martina and Julieta
Chloe said, "hey bitches get out of my way".
And one of the mean girls responded rudely "or what? "
"You will regret ever blocking our way", they started laughing, "the starlight girls are scared of us"
Unexpectedly they threw their food at us.
Seems an unexpected fight is about to happen...

Chapter 2 — The Unexpected

Amelia
Seems an unexpected fight is about to happen...
Chloe walked to one of the mean girls named Martina, she cleaned her body with her hand, rubbing it on Martina's face and uniform, " I guess you look pretty now" she said.
The three of us did the same thing and it leads to a fight, each of us picked our target, I focused on the leader of the mean girls, dragging her hair as she screamed aloud, I lost my balance instantly she pushed me to the floor, then I restrain her from hitting me continuously, I hate involving myself in a fight but they started it so we just have to defend ourselves.
Chloe made sure Martina loses the button of her uniform to the extent her pink camisole started revealing but Chloe's uniform also got torn.
Sofia on the other hand kept on hitting Julieta to the extent that blood gushed down her nostrils.
We stopped immediately we heard familiar footsteps approaching us, " oh no Principal is here"
We stood on our feet and greeted the principal but our faces were facing the ground, we were too scared to maintain eye contact with him.
He looked at every one of us and other students just murmured as they passed, " I believe we have not forgotten rule number twelve that guides this school"
"No sir"
" I don't buy that response, the rules state that; fighting is prohibited in the school, if truly you know these rules, you won't have made your self victims by breaking the rules".
The leader of the mean girls cried saying," principal we were minding our business when the star lights started the fight with us by blocking our path"
"What!!! " she is a good liar," she is lying principal, they started it by blocking our path and pouring their lunch at us", I said.
"Shut up, all of you!", He said in a harsh tone.
I blinked my eyes twice after he shouted at us, I notice one of the mean girls is already shaking.
" I believe you girls know the punishment attached to each rule when broken "
" Oh no, not that punishment, nothing but that"
We tried apologizing to him but he gave us deaf ears, we have no option than to face our punishment," am so going to teach the mean girls a lesson", I said to myself mentally.
We were asked to clean the old library in the school, it's so dusty, filled with cobwebs. Julieta screamed immediately she saw a rat, this made us laugh.
" She is scared of rats and not us, don't you all agree with me she needs help and must go for a check-up", Chloe said, mocking her.
Too bad they won't be able to start a fight because they know full well it will double the punishment already given to us.
Some of us swept the floor, some mop the ground and I just decided to remove the cobwebs and clean the books since it's dusty.
I got attracted to a book I cleaned, it's titled the supernatural strength, at first I don't wish to read it but I later decided to glance through, seeing illustrations of vampires, werewolves and what made me afraid more was when I saw the illustrations of the Lycans," I believe Lycans are to be called monster or cursed wolf's", I returned the book to the shelf I took it from.
Sonia got moody when her stomach cried out in hunger, Chloe laughed at her, "if not for the mean girls, we would have eaten our meal and see the others for rehearsal", she added, "I love them all and I can't trade them for anything.", I said in my mind.
Gustavo
Putting on my daytime amulet, I decided to take a walk after the training, then I saw a pretty female vampire struggling to put some things in order, she just grumbled as she does that," what kind of vampire is she, can't she sense another vampire presence".
After watching her for some seconds, I decided to help her out, she didn't realize am Primus's son not until when I finished helping h when she noticed, she went on her knees to thank me for the more.
" My prince how can I reward the help you rendered to me, I can do anything with my body to say thank you"
I love it when ladies are willing to give me their body, I wish Dimitro can have some fun like me but he just keeps on believing in love, at the end of the day, he couldn't even protect the one person he loves, I can't believe I have a failure as my brother but still I love my blood.
I gave a smile then I asked her a question," you mean I can have your body anything I request for it?"
" Yes, my prince" she answered.
" Then I will accept your thanks, come with me to the palace, I want you right now"
She got all excited, I know the feeling she is having right now, the feeling of her making love to the handsome Prince.
Immediately we got to the palace, I took her to my chambers then my brother the mood spoiler stopped me," where have you been brother"
" Can't you see Dimitro, am about to satisfy my desire in my chamber before you stopped me"?
" Sorry for spoiling your fun, young lady waits in his chamber, I need to pass some important information to my brother and it's meant to be heard by royals alone".
" Yes your highness", she walked to the chamber and I frowned at my brother
" There is bad news brother"
I got shocked at his statement, seems something terrible has happened.
" What happened?", I asked him.
" Father just got notified by other elders of our kinds that some of our race is been held as a hostage in the lycans territory"
My eyeballs pop out hearing this from him, "how did this happen, I believe every vampire knows the boundary that is not supposed to be accessed, or is it the lycans that broke the law, entering our territory"
" I don't know, for now, we all need to be careful, we don't know the new development yet but father said we are having a meeting tonight about it, maybe then we will find out"
"This is not good, I just hope the lycans are not the ones that crossed the boundary to kidnap our own kind" I added.
He continued saying," the vampires that got kidnapped, most of them are little children"
" Am sensing war", I said to him.
He concluded by saying," I don't think we are ready for war, you can go into your chamber now and have fun," he said and then he left.

Chapter 3 — Breaking Boundary

I left Gustavo after passing the information to him, I headed to my special room, opened the coffin, and went in without closing it, then I shut my eyes to relax for some hours.
I kept having some nightmares about a girl have never seen in my life, no one in my race has her face and I doubt if she is a Lycan.
The question that kept playing in my head was," who is she?
" Does she even exist?"
The maid assigned to me came in with my drink, as usual, dropping it at the table and said," Your highness, sorry for disturbing your rest but your father wants you for an important meeting at the hall"
I opened my eyes, she got frightened, " thanks for the information, anything else"
"He said you should come with your brother", she added, " alright, you can take your leave"
" Thank you, your highness", she left.
I said to myself," I hope the meeting should bring a solution to the latest things happening now, I don't want the war to break out of this at all"
I came out of the coffin and had my drink the maid left behind, I informed my brother who was still busy having sex and we both headed straight to the hall for the meeting.
We greeted our elders and father, then we sat in our rightful position, my father Primus addressed us all as the meeting started.
" Now let's go straight to the reason I called for you all, we must have heard that our kids got kidnapped by our enemy, the lycans "
My father paused as he watched some elders murmuring among themselves and others who are privileged to attend the meeting.
My father continued," the report got to me from my guards, we got to the scene where they got taken and notice the smell of the Lycans, this simply means they crossed their boundary to kidnap our kinds "
Something seems off, the lycans can never come to our territory to kidnap our kind, could it be done on purpose. Father snapped me out of my thought as he continues
" But we noticed the other kidnap that took place was closed to the boundary that separates us from our enemy, so elders what do you all think we should do?"
One of the elders stood up and said," the two kidnaps you just mentioned, simply means either our kinds crossed the boundary or they crossed the boundary, we don't know if they are maltreating them now or if they are dead, I suggest we kidnap some lycans as well"
"This can't be the right step to take ", I voiced out, " taking their kinds hostage might lead to war"
The door opened and we smelled the scent of the Lycans, this made our eyes turned red, some black, then our sharp teeth came out ready for a fight, only to see the Lycans chained by our kinds and brought in by the elders
" Why do you have the Lycans here", father asked and the elder responded to the er's question.
" At the scene,e went to my lord, I sniffed the smells of the Lycans after you left. I informed some others to go with me, we waited till they changed to their human state, that is the only way we can get them, seems they got injured, making them weak"
This made most of the elders happy, father concluded the meeting by saying," send words to the Lycans, write to them to return our kinds in one piece as we do same, we don't want war" father kept on talking as the writer in the meeting put his words into writing.
The meeting was over and others left, and they took the Lycans captured into one of our prisons made up of Crystallites and silver making it difficult for them to transform and escape.
The elder sent the letter making use of Ravi; a bird, and we hoped to hear from them soon before deciding on what next steps we are going to take.
Amelia
We finished the punishment assigned to us, the mean girls left, I bid goodbye to my friends, can't wait to see them the next day.
"Am so stressed out, once I get home, I will just have a cold bath, take some snacks, and sleep, I hate the mean girls"
I took a walk till I got a taxi and told him the address of my place and we zoomed off to my destination.
I came down from the taxi and gave him his payment. " I just hope mom and dad won't trouble me".
Looking at myself, I know I look terrible now, they will easily predict I got into a fight.
I breathed in and out," Amelia you got this, just say, you fell down the staircase in school when running and mistakenly the person's food poured on my uniform that's why I have stains. Perfecto, I hope they buy it."
I opened the door and saw my parents watching a TV show, immediately they noticed my presence, dad turned it off and mom raised her eyebrows looking at me, I know they want some explanations.
" Dad, mom I had a great day at school am so tired right now"
Their eyes still on me, they are really scary.
" I fell off the staircase in school and mistakenly hit a student holding her food, the food poured on me, that's why I have such stains on my uniform," I told them.
I expected them to buy the ideas, I kept on holding my skirt in fear.
" Amelia what happened in school, we both know you are lying right now", mom said in an unhappy tone.
Dad added to it saying," I don't know where you got this attitude of yours, you are not just stubborn but love picking a fight at school, for heaven sake, this is your final section at high school, do you want a repeat"
" Am sorry mom and dad, they started it, I just defended myself, please I need to go in now and freshen up, am tired, the principal gave us the punishment that made me so stressed out"
They looked at me unhappy and I walked to my room," I don't think they know how it feels for those mean girls to get on someone's nerves all the time.
I pulled my uniform," thank goodness I have two uniforms, I will give this to the laundryman at his shop when going to school tomorrow to work on it."
I entered the bathroom and put on the shower, I had a cold bath then I tied my towel around my chest and came out of the bathroom, I put on my pajamas and fluffy slippers.
I went to the kitchen, opened the fridge, took out can noodle and microwave them, ate at the dinner table, and headed to bed.
I was about sleeping when Gael called me on phone, I groaned at this cause he just ruined my rest.
